Gillridge216 is a husband-and-wife team built on a lifelong passion for dogs and over 18 years of hands-on training experience.
We have trained and titled our own dogs in multiple sports disciplines and were actively involved in Search and Rescue for more than a decade. Two of our dogs were certified through the North American Police Work Dog Association in Tracking, Area Search, and obedience. As a CPDT-certified trainer, we bring both practical experience and professional knowledge to every program we offer.

At GillRidge216 Canine Campus, skills are developed through structured, game-based training rooted in positive reinforcement.
For too long, dog training has focused simply on making dogs behave. We believe true success comes from building a working relationship - one based on clear communication, fair expectations, consistent leadership, and mutual enjoyment.
When expectations are clear, rewards are meaningful, and effort is acknowledged at the completion of a task, dogs gain confidence, and households become calmer and more harmonious.
Our programs are intentionally structured. Each class includes focused lesson time and appropriately managed "recess," implemented according to the age, temperament, and skill level of the participants. This balance allows dogs to learn, practice, and develop real-world reliability.
Every program is designed to help handlers achieve measurable progress while strengthening their relationship with their dog. Our training is best suited for owners who are committed to consistency and active participation in their dog's development.
